Vintage, Romantica Designs by Victor Costa Fuchsia silk, floor length gown with floral pattern in blue, green, red and pink from the 1970's. A sleeveless, empire style gown with a green and blue sash like that finishes at back in a folded bow style. With draped scoop style neckline, and a open back with zipper closure and a single hook and eye. Dress fully lined in fuchsia.
