Oscar de la Renta created this elegant gown in the early 1990s. It is sheer black with royal blue burnt velvet design throughout. It is floor length with long, zippered angled sleeves. It has a bateau neckline and a tie detail on the back of the neck. It has a ruched style train at the lower back with a zipper and hook and eye for closure. The dress is fully lined in black chiffon. Be the center of attention in this magnificent gown.
