Victor Costa created this black party cocktail dress in the 1980s. It is strapless dress with a sweetheart neckline and inverted style bodice. The bodice is designed with black satin ribbon detail with lace. The tulip style skirt has an oversized tulle peplum and has same satin ribbon and lace detail. This fancy frock is the perfect little black dress!
