This 1970s vintage Bill Blass cotton twill coat in a multicolor paisley and leaf pattern comes with a cute matching pouch style handbag / hand muff. The coat has long sleeves, shirt collar style, two hidden side pockets and mid center closure with a series of oversized snaps. It is fully lined in ivory and the pouch style handbag / hand muff is lined in copper satin.
