This gorgeous 1960s Bill Blass floral print organza dress features beautiful shades of green, cream, pink and yellow. It is a shirtwaist style dress with a deep scoop neckline, long sheer sleeves with banded cuffs, and fabric covered buttons. It has the same style buttons down the center front of the bodice. It is belted, creating the most feminine of figures by defining the waist.
