Bill Blass bordeaux silk chiffon blouse and skirt set from the 1970's. A capelet styled top with a shallow scoop neckline and dolman sleeves and a thin elasticized cinched waist. Back of blouse has a large keyhole opening with a hook and eye closure at top and bottom. Asymmetrical wrap style skirt with three inner hook and eye closures. Both blouse and skirt have a double tired effect of a satin lining.
