Arnold Scaasi created this beautiful floral chiffon dress in the 1960s. It has a beautiful floral pattern in shades of red, burgundy and black. It is a fully lined shirtwaist style dress with a deep scoop ruffled neckline and long sheer sleeves with slight elasticized cuffs. The bodice is chiffon and the skirt is taffeta with large box pleats. It has a hidden back zipper closure with multiple hook and eyes on the bodice. This gorgeous flowy dress is a perfect pick!
