This 1960s Bill Blass Floral dress is perfect for a spring time event.  This gorgeous floral print organza dress features beautiful shades of green, cream, pink and yellow.  It is a shirtwaist style dress with a deep scoop neckline, and fabric covered buttons.  The dress also features fabric covered buttons down the center front of the bodice.  The stunning gown is belted, creating the most feminine of figures by defining the waist.  This dress comes as is due to a small tear on shoulder, as shown in the photo.
